Housing Market Inventory Sees over 40% Decrease for DeLand Area

Since this past March, Florida has seen a decrease of over 400,000 homes compared to the same time-period for 2019.  In the Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach area, the homes available on the market are down 43.3%, and homes spend 16 fewer days on the market.  The Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford area is down 20.4% and houses spend 7 fewer days on the market.

This is good news if you are in the market to sell your home, and since most sellers are also buyers, “even as new listings hit the market, another buyer is also added.” Check out the article at  FloridaRealtors.com for more details.
