Honesty, while not always pleasant, is what you will receive when you select me to market and sell your home.

I require that all buyers for your property be pre-qualified prior to submitting an offer. I will provide top-notch negotiating to ensure you achieve or exceed your goals. Many factors, in addition to the selling price, should be considered when negotiating. I will help manage the entire process, keeping you informed of all developments as they arise.


Select or Counter

Select offer and move towards the agreed upon closing date. During this period I am coordinating with others such as the lender and title company to ensure that all contract requirements are met as we work towards the day of closing. I share all of this information with you on a regular basis.



My job is not done yet. This is typically done in the county that your property is in. I will be attending the closing to ensure no last minute problems arise.
